The external Olympiad is written annually by learners from Gr. R – 7. These results are used as a benchmark to measure our academic standards against other schools across the country.  After receiving our resent results, we again are among the top schools. The junior phase students write the Conquesta Olympiad. The senior phase students started from 2025 to write the Conquesta Olympiad.

Learners in Gr.5 participate in the Spelling Bee competition hosted by the Department of Education. Our learners annually progress to the finale of the competition where the spelling ability of learners is tested. The Afrikaans learners participated from 2025 in Spelskole.
